Mix flour, butter, sugar, vanilla and pudding mix in large bowl; beat until smooth and creamy.
Beat in eggs and flour mixture.
Add chips and nuts.
Batter will be stiff.
Drop by teaspoonfuls, about 2-inches apart, onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 375Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes about 7 dozen.
For chocolate cookies, use chocolate instant pudding mix.
