Sift flour; measure and resift with sugar, salt and cinnamon. Bring to a boil the margarine, water and cocoa; pour over the flour mixture.
Mix eggs, soda, buttermilk and vanilla together. Add to flour mixture.
Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cook 40 minutes at 350Β°.
