Chocolate Banana Drop Cookies
Chocolate Banana Drop Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. sifted flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2/3 c. soft shortening, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt together.
Thoroughly mix shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla together until light and fluffy.
At low speed, blend in chocolate, then flour alternately with bananas.
Drop by teaspoonfuls 1 1/2-inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
