Chinese Style Pork is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 1/2 lb. pork, cut into 1-inch cubes (pork tenderloin is perfect), 1/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour, 2 1/2 tsp. ginger, 1/4 c. salad oil or shortening and 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
