Chinese Spareribs
Chinese Spareribs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. spareribs, garlic salt, 2 tsp. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. ketchup and 2 tbsp. hoisin sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Sprinkle ribs with garlic salt (optional).
Mix ingredients, coat ribs on both sides and put in glass pan to marinate overnight.
The bottom of a broiler pan with water, cover pan rack aluminum on rack.
Cover loosely with bake at 350Β° for 1/2 hour per pound. Baste with sauce frequently.
Towards end of cooking, remove covering foil.
