Chinese Pork Chops
Chinese Pork Chops is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/3 to 1/2 c. soy sauce, 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced and 8 pork chops, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Add soy sauce to the brown sugar until it makes a fairly thick paste (like glue).
Add the garlic, then coat both sides of each chop with the marinade.
Let stand in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Barbecue on grill (about 5 minutes a side or until done) or bake in oven at 350Β° for approximately 40 minutes.
