Chinese Meatballs
Chinese Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1/4 c. water, 1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped and drained and 2 medium onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Fry onions until light golden brown.
Beat eggs with milk or water.
Combine beef, onions, chili sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper, chopped water chestnuts, eggs and crushed chow mein noodles.
Mix until well blended.
Fry balls in 1-inch of oil or broil in oven, turning once.
Make balls in shape of small walnut.
