Chinese Fried Rice
Chinese Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. bacon drippings, 1/2 c. chopped shallots, 1 c. celery, 1 small can mushrooms, sliced and 3 tbsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Add bacon drippings, shallots and celery in large frying pan. Saute until tender.
Add mushrooms, cooked rice and soy sauce. Cook 10 minutes on low heat stirring occasionally.
Stir in egg and cook until done.
Stir in crumbled bacon and serve.
Add extra soy sauce if desired.
Makes 6 servings.
