Chinese Chop Suey is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. cubed pork, 3 lb. onions, 1 bunch celery, soy sauce and 2 large cans bean sprouts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Fry pork in a pan with sprinkled soy sauce.
Add cut up onions and celery.
Simmer until well cooked (makes its own juice; do not add water).
When cooked, thicken with 1/4 to 1/2 cup soy sauce and 2 tablespoons cornstarch.
Add drained bean sprouts.
Serve over noodles, hamburger rolls, rice or potatoes.
