Chinese Chicken Casserole
Chinese Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cooked chicken, boned and cut in fairly large chunks, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 1/4 c. chopped green onions and 1 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice and soy sauce.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Add onions, celery, water chestnuts, sprouts, salt, pepper and mushroom soup.
Mix lightly but thoroughly.
Turn into a greased casserole pan and sprinkle a few noodles on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes or until bubbly. Serve the rest of the noodles.
