Chinese Casserole
Chinese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. mild sausage, 1 lb. hot sausage, 1 stalk celery, chopped with tops on, 1 bunch green onions, chopped and 1 large bell pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown sausage and remove from fat.
Saute vegetables in fat. Add soup and rice to 4 1/2 cups of water.
Cook until done.
Drain off excess water.
Add vegetables and water chestnuts to sausage. Put in large casserole dish.
Top with almonds.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
