Chinese Casserole
Chinese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. onion, chopped, 1 c. celery, sliced, 2 tbsp. cooking oil, 2 lb. ground beef and 2 cans undiluted mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onions and celery until tender.
Add ground beef.
When brown add soup, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, rice and soy sauce. Pour into a large casserole and bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Stir casserole.
Bake 30 minutes more, uncovered.
Add noodles to top if desired toward end of baking time.
