Chilled Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. instant potato flakes, 1 1/2 c. hot water, 2 tbsp. butter, 3 c. milk and 2 tbsp. chicken seasoned stock base, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Stir potato flakes into hot water until smooth.
Blend in butter and milk until well mixed.
Add chicken stock base, Beau Monde and nutmeg, blending well.
