Chili Rellenos
Chili Rellenos is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. grated cheddar cheese, 21 oz. whole green chilies, split and seeds removed, 2 heaping tbsp. flour, salsa and 3/4 lb. monterey jack cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Split chilies; remove seeds.
Arrange chilies, Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over chilies.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Remove from oven; top with salsa.
Bake 10 minutes longer. Serve at once.
