Made with 1 lb. velveeta, grated, 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper, 1/4 c. finely chopped fresh tomatoes, 2 tbsp. finely chopped hot chilies and 2 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute green peppers, tomato and chilies in the oil; put aside. Bring milk and flour to a boil, turn heat to low and slowly add the grated cheese until melted.
