Chili
Chili is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground chuck or round, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 qt. tomatoes, blended in blender, 1 c. (8 oz.) tomato sauce and 4 garlic pods, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown meat, onion and garlic.
Drain fat.
Add beer.
Simmer about 30 minutes.
Add tomatoes and tomato paste; simmer 15 minutes.
Add all seasoning, stirring well after each one.
Add jalapeños, whole.
Cook on low for about 4 hours.
Remove jalapeños.
Cook 2 more hours or slow cook overnight in crock-pot.
