Chile Relleno
Chile Relleno is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. shredded monterey jack cheese, 1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese, 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chile peppers, 2 eggs and 2 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix cheeses together.
Layer cheeses and chiles in a 9-inch square pan.
Beat eggs until light and fluffy; add milk.
Slowly sprinkle in flour; mix well.
Pour mixture over cheese and chiles. Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then cut into small pieces.
Serve while hot.
