Chiffon Cake
Chiffon Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sifted flour, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. cooking oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Make a well in the center and add oil, egg yolks, oil and water.
Beat until smooth. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until very stiff and able to be cut with a knife. Pour egg yolk mixture over whipped egg whites and fold in gently. Do not stir.
Bake in three 8-inch layer pans lined with waxed paper at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
