Chicken with Chipped Beef
Chicken With Chipped Beef is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breasts, boned and skin removed, 6 slices bacon, 1 small pkg. chipped beef, 1 medium can sliced button mushrooms and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place chipped beef (no salt) crumbled in bottom of buttered casserole (7 x 11-inch).
Wrap bacon around the chicken breasts and sprinkle with pepper. Combine soup, sour cream and cream cheese in a blender or electric mixer.
Add mushrooms with spoon and pour over chicken breasts in casserole.
Cover with foil and cook at 300Β° for 2 hours.
Remove foil and add Sauterne.
Cook for one more hour.
Serve over cooked rice.
