Chicken Tortilla Casserole
Chicken Tortilla Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large chicken breasts, 1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese, 12 corn tortillas, cut in eighths, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook chicken and cut into bite size pieces.
Make a sauce with the soups, pepper, onion, milk and sour cream.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and layer half of the tortillas, half the chicken, half the sauce and half the cheese; repeat.
Make the day before if necessary.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, covered, then bake for 15 minutes, uncovered.
