Chicken Tortilla Casserole
Chicken Tortilla Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, boiled, boned, skinned and diced, 1 (10 oz.) cheddar cheese, grated, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 (15 oz.) can ro-tel, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
In large bowl, mix the two soups, Ro-Tel (cut up) and onion.
In pan, first layer is 1/3 of corn tortillas, then 1/3 of chicken, 1/3 of sauce and 1/3 cheese. Continue layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
