Chicken Tikka
Chicken Tikka is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, 6 to 8 chicken thighs, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 tsp. ground ginger and 4 garlic cloves, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Skin and bone the chicken.
Cut into bite size pieces.
Mix all other ingredients, in a blender if you wish, until smooth. Put the chicken in a shallow pan and pour the mixture of spices over the top.
Marinate, covered, in a cool place (refrigerator) for no less than 2 hours, the longer the better.
Place the chicken on skewers and cook over grill or under the broiler until cooked through.
