Chicken Tetrazzini
Chicken Tetrazzini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, 1/4 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Melt butter over low heat in large saucepan.
Blend in flour and seasonings.
Cook over low heat, stirring until smooth and bubbly.
Stir in broth and cream; heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Add sherry.
Stir in chicken and spaghetti (mushrooms may be added).
Pour into a 13 x 9-inch ungreased pan.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes or until bubbly.
