Chicken Tetrazzini
Chicken Tetrazzini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. chicken, 1 stick butter or margarine, 4 tbsp. flour, 2 c. milk and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Boil chicken with a little salt for 10 minutes.
Debone and set aside.
In a saucepan make a white sauce as follows
Combine butter or margarine, flour, milk, salt and pepper; cook, stirring to medium thickness.
Cook 1/2 pound pasta and drain.
Mix all ingredients with mushrooms, 1/2 pound cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
Spread in pan.
Dot with butter and bread crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
