Chicken Tetrazzini
Chicken Tetrazzini is an impressive dinner. Made with 8 oz. pkg. spaghetti, 1/4 c. margarine, 3 tbsp. flour, 2 c. chicken broth and 3/4 c. half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Cook spaghetti as directed; set aside. In Dutch oven, melt margarine.
Stir in flour.
Add chicken broth and cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened.
Remove from heat.
Stir in half and half, sherry, parsley, salt, nutmeg and pepper.
Toss chicken, mushrooms and spaghetti into sauce. Put 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese into this mix.
