Chicken Teriyaki
Chicken Teriyaki is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 whole chicken breasts, split, 1/2 c. soy sauce, 1/4 c. dry sherry, 1 clove garlic, chopped and 1 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Arrange chicken, skin up, in a shallow dish.
Combine soy sauce, sherry, sugar, garlic and ginger.
Pour over chicken. Marinate 2 hours, turning once.
Preheat broiler.
