Chicken Tahitian
Chicken Tahitian is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned, 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, thawed, 1/8 c. oil, 1 tsp. ground ginger and 2 tsp. curry powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Marinate chicken breasts overnight in mixture of orange juice, oil, ginger, curry powder, dry mustard and soy sauce in covered baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, in marinade at 350Β° for 1 hour. Sprinkle almonds over chicken during last 10 minutes of cooking. Serve chicken on rice, garnished with pineapple chunks and avocado slices.
