Chicken-Spinach Picnic Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. cooking oil, 1/2 tsp. sugar, 3 c. cooked, cubed chicken and 2 c. broccoli florets, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix soy sauce, vinegar, oil, onion, sugar and pepper and pour over chicken to marinate.
Refrigerate for at least several hours. Combine spinach, broccoli, chestnuts and bacon.
Just before serving, add chicken mixture.
