Chicken-Spinach-Mushroom Quiche
Chicken-Spinach-Mushroom Quiche is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) frozen pie crust, 5 eggs, 1 minced onion, 1/2 c. diced bell pepper and 4 drops tabasco sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place pie shell in Pyrex pie plate.
Beat one egg and brush bottom of pie shell.
Cook spinach as directed.
Drain.
Beat other 4 eggs; add milk, salt, Tabasco sauce, mushrooms, drained spinach, onions, celery and bell pepper.
Toss together chicken, cheese and flour.
Stir into egg mixture.
Pour into pie crust. Bake in a preheated 400Β° oven on a cookie sheet for 20 to 25 minutes or until center puffs up slightly, or a knife inserted comes out clean.
Cool for 5 minutes!!!!
