Chicken-Rice Casserole
Chicken-Rice Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of celery soup and 2 cut-up chickens or 8 chicken breasts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix together all ingredients but chicken.
Dissolve 2 chicken bouillon cubes in hot water.
Dip chicken pieces in melted butter. Grease a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Put rice mixture on bottom and chicken on top.
Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes, then at 350° for 1 hour or until done (total about 1 1/2 hours).
Add a little water if dry.
Put foil on top if too brown.
