Chicken Piccata
Chicken Piccata is an easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. chicken cutlets, 3/4 tsp. butter, 1/8 c. dry white vermouth, 1/8 c. lemon juice and dill sprigs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Rinse and pat dry chicken.
Melt butter in medium skillet. Saute chicken 2 to 3 minutes each side.
Add vermouth and half lemon juice.
Cover and raise heat to high for 2 minutes.
Add remaining lemon juice.
Simmer, uncovered, until done.
Transfer chicken and sauce to small platter and garnish with oil.
