Chicken, Pepper and Rice Medley
Chicken, Pepper And Rice Medley is an moderately easy dinner. SautΓ© chicken pieces in margarine until cooked through; may brown slightly.
Cook rice or noodles while chicken cooks.
Add green pepper strips early or when chicken is nearly done for crisper pepper.
Stir in soup and water and 1/3 to 1/2 package of seasoning to taste.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes on low heat.
Serve over rice noodles.
