Chicken Parmesan
Chicken Parmesan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 boneless chicken breasts, 6 to 8 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs, 3/4 c. crumbled ritz crackers and 3/4 c. dry parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt butter.
Combine crackers, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Wash and dry chicken breasts. Coat chicken well with butter and roll in crumbs (sprinkle any remaining butter and crumbs on top).
Arrange in a lightly greased baking dish.
Bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
(You may sprinkle fresh grated Parmesan over the top during the last 10 minutes.)
