Chicken Parmesan
Chicken Parmesan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned, 2 (14.5 oz.) italian style stewed tomatoes, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/2 tsp. oregano or basil, crushed and 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place chicken in pan.
Bake covered 15 minutes in 425Β° oven; drain.
Combine tomatoes, cornstarch, oregano and pepper sauce. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened.
Pour sauce over chicken; top with cheese.
Bake 5 minutes, uncovered.
This is good served on top of spaghetti with additional spaghetti sauce poured over all.
