Chicken Parmesan
Chicken Parmesan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 deboned, skinless chicken breast halves, 1 c. italian bread crumbs, 3 tbsp. butter, 1 egg and 1 large jar prego sauce with mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions.
Drain and set aside.
Beat egg in small bowl with fork.
Dip each chicken breast in egg, then coat in bread crumbs.
Melt butter in frying pan.
Cook chicken breast over medium heat until browned on both sides.
May need additional butter.
Spray 13 x 9-inch baking dish with vegetable spray.
Place drained noodles in dish, top with chicken.
Pour Prego sauce over top of chicken.
Cover with foil and bake at 400Β° for 45 minutes.
Remove foil; top with Mozzarella cheese slices.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer until cheese is melted.
