Chicken Parmesan
Chicken Parmesan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless, 3/4 c. bread crumbs, 6 tbsp. parmesan cheese, 2 eggs, lightly beaten and vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Pound chicken to 1/4-inch thickness.
Mix bread crumbs and 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
Dip chicken in egg, then bread crumb mixture.
In a large skillet, heat oil (about 3 to 4 tablespoons) and brown the chicken on both sides.
Remove from skillet and place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Place a slice of Mozzarella cheese on each piece, then pour spaghetti sauce over.
Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and garlic salt.
Bake at 350Β° until hot and bubbly, about 15 minutes.
Broil for a few minutes to brown.
