Chicken Pacada
Chicken Pacada is an easy dinner. Made with 12 chicken breasts, 3 to 4 beaten eggs with a little milk, progresso italian bread crumbs, 1/2 stick margarine and 8 cubes chicken bouillon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Debone chicken breasts.
Start with big side and pound to 1/4 inch.
Dip chicken in egg mixture and then in bread crumbs.
Brown chicken in margarine on medium heat.
When thoroughly browned, cover with water in pot and add bouillon cubes and boil for 25 to 30 minutes.
Great over rice.
Sprinkle with fresh lemon.
