Chicken Marsala
Chicken Marsala is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 to 1 lb. chicken tenders, 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms or use fresh, 1 clove garlic, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can beef broth and 1/2 c. sweet marsala wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Add salt, pepper and flour to cutlets.
Brown in butter and remove from pan.
Add mushrooms, broth and wine.
Heat to boiling and boil 1 or 2 minutes.
Return chicken to skillet.
Heat to boiling.
Cover and reduce heat.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Thicken sauce with flour to desired consistency.
Serve over rice or pasta.
