Chicken Liver Stroganoff
Chicken Liver Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 1/2 lb. halved chicken livers, 1 tsp. salt, dash of pepper and 1 tsp. paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook onions in butter until tender, not brown.
Add chicken livers.
Season with salt and pepper also paprika.
Brown livers. Cover; cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Add sour cream; heat thoroughly.
Serve over rice.
