Chicken L'Orange is an easy dinner. Made with 4 boneless chicken breasts, 1 tsp. oil, 1/3 c. cooking sherry, 1/4 c. orange marmalade and 1 cube beef bouillon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and brown well on both sides.
Add cooking sherry, marmalade and bouillon.
Heat to boiling, stirring.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is tender, spooning sauce over chicken occasionally.
