Chicken Kiev
Chicken Kiev is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. butter, 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese, 1 tsp. each basil leaves and oregano leaves and 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In heavy skillet, melt butter.
On piece of wax paper, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, garlic salt and salt.
Dip chicken breasts in melted butter, then roll in crumbs to coat.
Place, skin side up, in ungreased (I remove skin) baking dish (9-inch square).
Bake at 375Β° for 50 to 60 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
