Chicken in Sherry
Chicken In Sherry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. boneless chicken breasts, 2 oz. corn oil, 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper, 1 large can sliced mushrooms (don't drain) and 3 oz. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cut chicken into bite size pieces and dip in flour.
Brown in corn oil.
Salt and pepper after browning.
Pour off oil.
Add mushrooms with liquid and butter.
