Chicken in Gravy
Chicken In Gravy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 split chicken breasts (6 pieces), 6 slices swiss cheese, 1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of celery soup, 1/2 c. water or white wine and onion and garlic croutons, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Partially cook chicken in small amount of water.
Place chicken in 3-quart baking dish.
Place slice of cheese on top of each breast piece.
Mix soup and water; pour on top of breasts. Crunch up croutons and put on top.
Pour melted butter on top. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour, uncovered.
Makes 6 servings.
Good served with rice.
