Combine flour, salt and pepper in shallow dish.
Roll chicken pieces in flour, coating
Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and cook frequently, turning until chicken is golden, about 12 to 15 minutes. Add beer and onions.
Cover; reduce heat and simmer, turning occasionally, until chicken tender, minutes. Blend in whipping cream parsley.
Increase heat to medium-high.
