Chicken Fingers
Chicken Fingers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, 1 c buttermilk, 1 c flour, 1 t salt and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut chicken into 1/2 inch strips and place in a large plastic bag.
Combine egg, buttermilk and garlic powder and pour over chicken.
Seal and refrigerate 2-4 hours.
In another large reclosable bag, combine flour, bread crumbs, salt and baking powder.
Drain chicken and discard buttermilk mixture.
Place chicken in bag with flour mixture and seal.
Shake to coat.
Heat oil to 375 F and fry chicken 4-5 minutes or till golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Serves 6.
