Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large jar prepared salsa, 2 c. sour cream, 15 flour tortillas (large), 3 c. shredded, cooked chicken and 2 c. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine chicken with sour cream, grated cheese and salt.
Fill tortillas with chicken mixture; roll up and arrange side by side, seam side down, in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
Pour salsa over enchiladas, covering each one completely.
Bake at 250Β° until heated through, about 20 minutes.
Makes 15 enchiladas.
