Chicken Dijon
Chicken Dijon is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 chicken breasts or 4 thighs, 1 tbsp. melted butter, 1 tbsp. white wine, 1 tbsp. dijon mustard and 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Coat both sides of chicken.
