Chicken Dijon
Chicken Dijon is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned and split, 3 to 4 tbsp. butter, 1 tsp. dried chives, 1/2 c. white wine and 1/2 c. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute chicken in butter; brown well on both sides.
Remove to warm platter.
Add chives to pan and stir.
Add wine and cook down.
Add cream.
Mix well.
Remove from heat.
Add mustard, blending well.
Return chicken to pan to heat.
Serve.
