Chicken D'Artichoke
Chicken D'Artichoke is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (14 oz.) cans sliced artichoke hearts, 2 1/3 c. diced cooked chicken breast, 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 tsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Drain artichokes and arrange in a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Spread chicken on top.
Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese.
Toss bread cubes in melted butter and pour over cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Serve over rice.
