Chicken Cutlets

Pound cutlets until quite thin (between two pieces of plastic wrap).
Lay flat; spread prepared dressing to within 1/2-inch on each side of chicken; tightly roll and dip in egg and breadcrumbs. Fry slightly to brown in approximately 2 tablespoons of canola oil.
Bake for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour in 350Β° oven. Makes 4 servings. before dipping and frying.
